How should your Realtor® make you feel?
Some would say that buying and selling of residential properties is just a transaction, like buying a car, for example.
But assisting someone in the sale or purchase of HOME is much more than a transaction. There are many factors to consider when you choose a Realtor® to represent you – just google ‘how to choose a Realtor®’.
But in the end, most people will make a decision on who to work with based on how a Realtor® makes them feel. How should your Realtor® make you feel?
That he is listening to your concerns?
That she is capable and experienced to guide you?
That he is genuinely interested in this transition time in your life, and has YOUR best interests at heart?
That she is well supported by his team, so that someone is there to respond to urgent needs when he is with another client?
That he is connected to a network of qualified trades and professionals, to assist you with financing, moving, inspections, legal services and so much more, before, during and after the transaction?
